Welcome to Quad Agadir Tours. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Quad Agadir Tours' website and services.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Quad Agadir Tours if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Quad Agadir Tours.
• A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Full payment is due 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
• All payments are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice.
• Quad Agadir Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Tour Participation Requirements

• Participants must be at least 16 years old to operate a quad bike or buggy.
• Participants aged 16-18 must have parental consent and be accompanied by a guardian.
• Passengers must be at least 5 years old and accompanied by an adult.
• Participants must weigh between 40kg and 120kg for safety reasons.
• Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in any tours.

3. Safety and Conduct

• All participants must follow the instructions of our guides at all times.
• Safety equipment (helmets, goggles, gloves) is provided and must be worn during the tour.
• Alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited before and during tours.
• Quad Agadir Tours reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or endangers others.
• Participants assume all risks associated with adventure activities.

4. Liability

• Quad Agadir Tours and its employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our tours.
• Participants are advised to have adequate travel insurance covering adventure activities.
• Quad Agadir Tours is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

5. Cancellations and Changes

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date will receive a 75% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
• In the event of cancellation by Quad Agadir Tours, a full refund will be provided.
• Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Quad Agadir Tours and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

7. Governing Law

These terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Morocco, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Agadir.

8. Changes to These Terms

Quad Agadir Tours reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
