No previous experience is required. Our tours are suitable for beginners as well as experienced riders. Before each tour, our guides provide comprehensive safety instructions and basic riding techniques. We also offer different tour options with varying difficulty levels to match your experience.
We provide all necessary safety equipment including helmets, goggles, gloves, and protective vests. For buggy tours, we also provide seat belts and roll cages. All equipment is regularly inspected and maintained to ensure your safety. We strongly recommend that you wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing for your tour.
Participants must be at least 16 years old to operate a quad bike or buggy. Passengers must be at least 5 years old and accompanied by an adult. For participants aged 16-18, parental consent is required. These age requirements are in place for safety reasons and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
In the event of severe weather conditions that make touring unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule your tour for another date. If rescheduling is not possible or convenient, we will provide a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely and make these decisions with your safety as our top priority.
Yes, we offer private tours for groups of all sizes. Private tours can be customized to your preferences, including specific routes, timing, and activities. Yes, we offer complimentary hotel pickup and drop-off services for most hotels in Agadir. Please provide your hotel details when booking so we can arrange convenient pickup times. For hotels outside the main tourist areas, a small additional fee may apply. We recommend booking this service in advance to ensure availability.
We recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a camera, and a bottle of water. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for safety reasons. If you wear prescription glasses, we recommend securing them with a strap. We provide all safety equipment, but you may want to bring a small backpack to carry personal items during stops.
You can book directly through our website using our secure online booking system. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation, with the balance due 48 hours before your tour. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. For last-minute bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.
